Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup high protein Bob Mills oatmeal Okay to sub regular oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter nut butter of choice
  • 1/3 c honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 c ground flaxseed
  • 2 Chia seeds okay to sub hemp
  • 1/4 c chopped walnuts nut of choice
  • 1/2 c Diced Prunes
  • 2 sesame seeds
  • 1/4 c mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Mix Wet Ingredients:

    In a large bowl, stir together the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

      Incorporate Dry Ingredients:

        Add the Bob Mills oatmeal, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, chopped walnuts, dried figs, and sesame seeds. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

          Tip: If the mixture feels too sticky, add a bit more oatmeal; if too dry, stir in a little extra almond butter or honey.

            Form the Balls:

              Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to soften and allow the flavors to meld. Then, using a spoon or your hands, scoop out small portions (roughly 1-inch in diameter) and roll them into balls.

                Set & Enjoy:

                  Place the energy balls on a parchment-lined tray. Refrigerate for at least 30–60 minutes to firm up. Once set, enjoy them as a quick, nutrient-rich snack.
